At Capy Cozy, we do our best to get your adorable capybara plush to you as quickly as possible!

Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your package is on its way.

Shipping Times

United States: 1–2 weeks (most orders arrive sooner!)

Worldwide: Up to 3 weeks depending on location and customs delays

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your Capy Cozy friend’s journey to your door.

Delays & Customs
International orders may experience occasional delays due to customs processing. Don’t worry — your plush buddy will still make it home safe and sound!
